Tiger & Bear Partners, a leading Sydney-based advisory firm, has acquired LUNA, Melbourne-headquartered trusted advisor providing legal and accounting support to startups and venture capital funds navigating pivotal moments of growth.
This acquisition is a key step in Tiger & Bear’s long-term strategy to build the best advisory firm in Australia. The combination of Tiger & Bear and LUNA creates a powerful multi-disciplinary and execution-focused advisory platform.
It brings together two culturally aligned teams known for real-world experience, sharp commercial judgment, and a shared conviction in backing great business leaders.
LUNA will continue to operate under the LUNA brand and its founder-first ethos. LUNA’s existing clients will continue to work with the same team, under the same model they trust.
