Wisetech Global acquires export software company ImpexDocs

Tiger & Bear Partners acted as the sole corporate and legal advisors on a dual track growth equity and trade sales of ImpexDocs to ASX listed Wisetech Global.

On 7 January 2025, WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC), developer of leading logistics execution software CargoWise announced it has entered into an agreement its acquisition of ImpexDocs, provider of a suite of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions to centralise, digitize and automate international trade workflow.
